1/7/2026, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Civilian Gangstalking PERP Handler Pay Streets Off

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

The corrupt officials and politicians take government money to give to the organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrator and collaborator handlers, who then take the dirty money to bribe various people and street bums to do their perp spying and harassing. That is the money path.

Those who willingly accept dirty money from corrupt officials to do dirty deeds are either desperate, greedy, amoral, or everything at the same time. The various uniformed and civilian gangstalking perps hardly ever think that my international group associates and I could make them internet famous all over the planet where various nice and/or nasty organizations and their global members can look them up along with everyone and everything connected to them. There are consequences for cooperation with the corrupt official and politician factions. The not dirty officials and politicians really dislike the dirty deeds their corrupt colleagues are doing to the citizens in every city and country.

Those street bums blocking the building front doors were paid and told to block the doors as a means to harassment, inconvenience, obstruct on purpose. However, they got their images shared internationally. It they every had any enemies for whatever reasons, those enemies now know where those faces are. The fun begins when their enemies come looking for them and there are weird news stories about various mysterious and tragic incidents. The news only report on the surface stuff, and never on why, how, and by whom.

Sooner or later, I will be in communications with the other global group members and my factions of anti corruption government/corporation official and politician friends. I will have to answer their questions and report the findings of myself and my other associates.
