INCIDENT REPORT – OPERATION: TALENT TIME DAYCARE

LOCATION: Brixley’s Talent Time Daycare, Los Sueños
PRIMARY SUSPECT: George Brixley

On approach to the hallway of Talent Time Daycare, Officer Duck directed Officer Wolf to deploy a flashbang upon door peek. Officer Duck partially opened the door; Officer Wolf delivered a flashbang through the gap with accurate placement into the main lobby area. Detonation occurred with immediate visual and auditory effect.

Upon entry, Officer Duck observed three armed suspects positioned in the main hallway. Two suspects were temporarily blinded by the flashbang’s effects. The third suspect raised his firearm toward Officer Duck, prompting engagement. Officer Duck fired center-mass shots, neutralizing the threat.

Verbal commands were issued to the remaining two suspects. Both relinquished their weapons and complied, kneeling with hands visible. One suspect stated, “Brixley fucked us,” to which Officer Duck replied in acknowledgment.

A fourth suspect emerged from a secondary side door, firing toward Officer Duck. Officer Duck returned fire, neutralizing the threat while maintaining control of the initial two compliant suspects. Officer Wolf maneuvered to the left flank, securing the main room and progressing down the adjoining hallway.

A fifth armed suspect advanced from the same secondary doorway. Officer Duck transitioned back to her rifle and engaged, eliminating the threat. Officer Wolf simultaneously located and restrained primary target George Brixley.

During the shootout, Officer Duck sustained minor ballistic injury but continued to suppress threats until the area was secured. After administering self-aid to stop bleeding, Duck regrouped with Officer Wolf. Officers performed a tactical reload and issued final compliance commands. No additional suspects presented resistance.

Two suspects were taken into custody, Brixley was secured, and the scene was stabilized.
