THE SWORD OF THE SPIRIT
What does it mean to fight as a Christian?
Scripture tells us our weapon is not forged by human hands.
It is not steel. It is not rage. It is not fleshly strength.
“Take up the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.” (Ephesians 6:17)
The Word of God is living and active—
sharper than any two-edged sword.
It cuts through lies, fear, and darkness itself.
This is not a battle against flesh and blood.
The weapons of our warfare are not of this world,
but they carry divine power to tear down strongholds.
And because the battle belongs to the Lord:
No weapon formed against you shall prosper. (Isaiah 54:17)
Stand firm.
Wield the Word.
