One Moringa tree feeds an entire family of four.

You eat the leaves, the shoots, whatever—all different bits.

And here's the the best part: it grows 1.8 feet in one growing season.

Can't grow it outside year-round in the UK?

No problem.

Treat it like an annual.

Start it indoors, move it outside when it's warm, pick and eat constantly, dry the leaves for winter tea.

I'm planting two (don't tell Matt 😅).

Try it.

The leaves are nutrient-dense (high in vitamins A, C, E, calcium, iron, protein, and antioxidants), giving that vitamin boost even in small quantities.

Seriously.

xoxo Katie 😘
