Lowther Alerions

Reunited and it feels so good! 🎶 Finally welcomed a pair of Lowther America Alerions back into the fold.

These beauties were crafted by the late, great Terry Cain (of Cain & Cain Abbey fame), and the craftsmanship is just distinct.
I had a pair of these about a dozen years ago loaded with Lowther DX65s. This set is running the DX55 drivers... wait, or is it? 🤔 honestly, I was so excited to hook them up, I haven’t even popped them open to check yet!

Spinning Ben Flocks’ Eagle Mountain right now and the texture is incredible. And yes, don’t worry, I still love the massive Lowther Hegeman Music Reproducers lurking in the background, but there is something so special about these Alerions. Pure magic. ✨🔊
