In this demonstration video you will see 10 reps of elevated push ups, 10 reps of sit-ups, 10 reps of abdominal twist, 10 reps of duck squats, 10 reps of regular squats, 10 reps of pistol squats, 10 reps of leg extensions on each leg. The workout routine is formulated for you to do for three sets and then you stretch.
