Welcome to Shaped by Faith. This beginner strength workout is designed to help you build strength while being encouraged in both body and spirit.

This workout can be done on your own or with a partner. A partner is not required. The partner format shown simply offers encouragement and demonstrates modifications. Please move at your own pace and modify as needed.

This faith-based workout is ideal if you are:
• New to strength training
• Returning after time away from exercise
• Looking for a low-impact, beginner-friendly workout
• Wanting to honor God by caring for your body
