Friend

This song is about a person who had lost everything and, in the fallout, lost who he thought was the love of his life and his best friend. Now his life is back together, he’s moved on and found a new lover and best friend; he no longer has room for the past love, who abandoned him, when he needed her the most.

Of all the 80+ songs floating thru my subconscious, I consider ‘Friend’ to be my best. And with my 4 ½ years playing experience, this is as good as I get. Enjoy.
