We all love soul food. It can be sweet, salty, meaty, and darn right delicious. But every meal needs a side dish. This cornbread is just that. Complementary, sweet, and is underrated, in my opinion. Once you make this cornbread, it'll be the only cornbread you make.

☆Recipe☆

•1 Cup A.P. Flour •1 Cup Cornmeal •½ Cup Sugar
•1 tsp Salt •3 tsp Baking Powder •1 Egg •1 Cup Milk
•⅓ Cup Oil, vegetable oil, canola oil, etc. •1 Can of Corn, drained

*Bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes or until the top turns golden brown. Check the center with a toothpick to ensure the doneness.
