Many hundreds came to DC, many former Jan 6 defendants and accused even those whom were assailed with charges despite never setting foot on the Capital, and they came with the hopes of laying wreaths at the steps of the Capital as the site where one J6er, Ashley Babbitt, lost her life in an acceleration of confusion and tension where people were both resisting AND lead into a capital building during an election processing: many thousands came out only a year ago from detention.

Nearing the corner is a activist woman from the Leftist/Progressive Left side of the isle that was arrested prior for harassing the J6ers; she throws vitriol and hate directed the J6 marchers once more. Infuriated and filled with indignity by the encounter, an Asian woman rushed forward to confront and get close to the leftist.

She was first sidewalked by Capital Police, but as more times were spent with the woman on the other side, she went further into the lines and was eventually close enough past the wall of separating law enforcement that she was arrested.

The leftist heckled and even gloated the arrest, was joined by a filming compatriot whom also took to delighting in yelling and steering the hate with the words "Traitors".

Meanwhile, Capital Police paraded the Asian woman in front of others past the line including even the cameras where several media and left leaning new corp took photos of the near scuffle while people from the J6 crowd condemned it and a few were still around as the were eventually asked to join the main body.

They note however, that she was arrested in the encounter while the leftist wasn't brought up on instigating, let alone of the others of crossing lines even when it was to photograph the other side.

Following the conclusion of speeches by the Ellipsis at the end of the National Mall, the March escalated towards a march with many sides of the attendees to the Ashli Babbitt Memorial facing sides of Pro-Maduro leftist as well as lines of police on either side pinning in recording AND movement, though with the police line, minimal clashes were reported.

Eventually, the march reached the Leftist tent encampment where they were set at the middle of where the march would be in the path based on how they were traced along the route the Capital Police allowed for those leading the march to take.

Many rode bicycles, and Capital Police leads could be seen directing and escalating orders to introduce lines upon lines of walls of separation.

The march continued until it ended at the Congressional Federal Building, with a near clash between and Trump supporter dawning an old 2020 Trump/Pence flag as Capital Police nearly missed as she and others drew on each other in confrontation near the garden/grass area where they were to conclude with name readings and speeches, with final flower/boutique laying in front of the steps and planting of them to commemorate the tragic ending of Ashley Babbitts life upon Jan 6th, 2021.

This March itself involving many hundreds of Patriots more than couple dozens of counter protesters that were separated by Bike and other Capital Police units.

After reading the list of names of Jan 6ers and laying flower in the designated garden/grass space under the permitted area, the Mother of Ashley Babbitt and 4-9 others went up the steps to lay wreaths to commemorate the 5 year anniversary

Concluding the Ashley Babbitt March, several to almost a dozen J6 attendees and former prisoners were remaining at the grounds by the congressional building in DC as the end drew for the March around 3.

Before the departure, the attendees by the hundreds read out the names of January 6th prisoners that were held (with many not even being brought charges in court), speeches were concluded several at a podium, with finally those from five of the J6 march organizers' families brought a bouquet of flowers to lay at the steps at the bottom of the capital congressional hall.

Several of the Progressive/Antifa aligned protesters of the event came just as the crowd was diminished on both sides to tear up the flowers that were planted to remember Ashley Babbitt's life as she was taken upon many being lead to the steps by contradictory actions by both J6 crowds and Capital Police whom invited and even took photos with those that entered the capital grounds.

Attendees that still were there were outraged and even almost got into a scuffle, but as the bouquet was ripped out and thrown in the trash, several were notified and were able to retrieve them intact with little damage beyond a few that were plucked to provoke and outrage the leaving crowd of Patriot and Conservative speakers.

This took place on Jan 6th, 2026 in Washington DC in the District of Columbia.
