NotebookLM MCP + Claude Code: Build ANYTHING!

The setup uses an open-source GitHub MCP server that links Notebook LM

with Claude Code, making it possible to control Notebook LM entirely through

prompts. That means creating podcasts, research summaries, audio views,

and visual assets without jumping between tools. Everything runs through

Claude Code, but it also works with Gemini CLI, Cursor, and Visual Studio

Code. You’ll see how to install the MCP, configure the Claude desktop settings,

authenticate, and verify the connection. From there, the real power shows up:

Claude can scan notebooks, decide what’s missing, suggest adding sources,

and then generate audio or visuals directly inside Notebook LM.
