Join Reesa, as we dive back into the Rubank Advanced Method for Flute Volume 1 to master the technical challenges of page 11. Whether you're working on finger speed or tone consistency, this "practice with me" session is designed to help you level up your flute technique.

In this lesson, we focus on the G major scale and its various patterns, including thirds and arpeggios. We tackle the common "breathing trap" in long slurred measures and discuss how to handle those notoriously difficult high notes like F# and E natural. We also break down the chromatic scale from G to high G, showing you how to internalize the finger patterns so you can eventually play them without even looking at your sheet music!
