This is not about fake flattery. It’s about being intentional and genuine. When we choose to speak life, it trains our eyes to notice the good. It helps us focus on what’s right, what’s growing, and what’s improving 🌟

This applies to everyone: your spouse, your kids, your coworkers, even strangers. A simple encouraging sentence to a server or receptionist can turn someone’s whole day around 😊

Let’s make 2026 a year where our words are used to bless, strengthen, and refresh others, and we’ll find ourselves refreshed too 💧
