It may be a New Year, it may be newly found motivation, it may be a doctor's words that has prompted this beginning. Doesn't matter really, what matters is that you are here! Now, how do you begin with motivation but not hurt yourself. What do I do? Exercises? Reptitions? Sets? What does any of that mean?
