Easy Rhubarb and Apple Jam Recipe 😋

This apple and rhubarb jam is absolutely scrummy! This makes 4 x 280ml jars of jam and is delicious on scones, on toast, in cakes, in yoghurt, and even as a simple jam sandwich! I used apples from my apple tree, as I have so many this year, and rhubarb that I've grown.
