Practiced Backward Lunge into Alternating Knee Raise and added a ballistic approach.
The first attempt was added speed and shorter timing for trial and error safety, balance so the next attempt added more explosive power into a jump up into the knee raise.

The difference post Workout is, at least for me, the added explosive lower and ballistic movement and then experiencing delayed muscle onset soreness whereas, I haven't experienced DMOS after the backward lunch and Alternating Knee Raise Combo Set due to Adaptation and practice, meaning, the added intensity did create effects and results is small timing.

I look forward to practicing this move as it is an advance in movement since my late summer, fall workouts with increased explosive power.

I tried something different while working out and shared it right away yet with new innovative advancement comes the need to practice the better and safer form.
