0:00 - Video begins with Andrew speaking like a child and naming all those who have wronged him in some way.
0:38 – 19:46 Andrew plays a Dhar Mann-esque video, pausing intermittently to speak.
8:15 - “The healthcare agency I am with discharges me because of my complaint.” Possibly was dismissed from Royal, but it's unclear.
19:46 – video ends.
Andrew begins to show many medical documents that are blurry and difficult to read.
22:44 - Telephone encounter doctors note- Emily B at 7/1/25 at 11:25 AM "PT called stating he no longer wants any help from us, he has thrown away all of his medications, nothing is helping him [...] Nicole got fired, he is getting frustrated. He said notes from the ER notes are not true."
26:32- New medical record from UPMC Hamot on 7/1/2025.
It says that Andrew had a "behavioral outburst" because his caregivers left early which was "concerning to staff" and was brought to the ER. Andrew was demanding to go to an new assisted living facility. "During his emotional outburst patient tore up and throughout [sic] his diapers, pill packs, and poured lotion on the floor."
27:03 – UPMC sent him away with information on how to manage his anger.
27:38 - A mix of old and new pics from inside the Holmes St house.
27:53 - Andrew has lied on this "Person Centered Service Plan." He stated that he only finished school to 8th grade. This is untrue. Andrew stopped attending school during his senior year after having purchased a fake degree online.
31:00 – 41 minutes (approximately) -Andrew talks to Copilot.
41:55 - Crisis services call begins with Christian.
43:10 - Based on what Andrew is saying it sounds like he had made Crisis Services calls last night as well.
47:54 – Andrew does his "fine, I'll take my meds as and if I take them wrong I'll just get sick" routine, implying he'll put himself in danger if Christian won't 302 him.
49:10 – 54:16 (approx)- He is put on hold.
54:16 - Call resumes. Andrew says since there's no safety concerns, he's going to go try to get someone to help him / go to the store to get milk(?) hard to understand exactly.
56:10 - Thinking he's outsmarted the Christian, he hangs up.
56:53 - Another Crisis Services call, date and time unknown. Christian again. Andrew uses the Avaz app to talk for about 2 minutes straight. He then accuses Christian discriminating against him, (turning the hospitals against him?) and says he hopes Christian is happy that he almost got hurt, then hangs up.
