In today’s video I’m reacting to Asmongold’s clip “HOLY F**ING SHT..” covering the shooting in Minneapolis where an ICE agent fatally shot a woman during an immigration enforcement action — a moment that has blown up online and sparked intense debate about what really happened and how people are reacting.

According to federal authorities, the incident occurred during a federal immigration operation when the woman’s vehicle allegedly was used as a weapon, and the officer fired in what was described as self-defense. Officials said she tried to drive toward agents and used her SUV in a way that threatened their safety.

This account has been echoed by leaders in the administration, with the president and Homeland Security officials calling the agent’s response a justified act of self-defense and decrying violence against law enforcement.

However, many on the left and in local media are reacting angrily — calling the shooting unjustified and condemning ICE’s presence, questioning the self-defense claim, and protesting the agency’s actions in the city. Critics argue video footage doesn’t clearly show the agent being directly endangered and that the narrative of a deliberate attack is being used to justify lethal force.

Here’s how I see it:
I’m supportive of the police and ICE agent. Federal officers face incredibly tense situations where they must make split-second decisions to protect themselves and others. Law enforcement has a duty to ensure public safety, especially in volatile confrontations, and self-defense is a legal and necessary principle.

I’m critical of the left’s reaction to this act of self-defense. When officers are responding to what is perceived as a violent threat, reflexively condemning them without full context just encourages hostility toward those trying to enforce the law and keep people safe. We should always demand accountability, clarity, and transparency — but also recognize that officers are often placed in dangerous situations where hesitation could cost lives.

This tragic event has ignited protests and tense political debate across the country — and it’s essential we talk about it honestly instead of just through the lens of outrage or ideology.
