“I'll Ask a Stranger to Help Me” (October 2025)

Andrew walks to the police department to while talking to a 911 dispatcher. On the way, he interacts with Erie, PA bystanders (2:42).

Notes:
2:25 – Andrew pretends that he “almost got hit by a car.”
2:30 – The dispatcher warns Andrew not to come to the station if he is in danger, to which Andrew excitedly shouts about how he's going to make a complaint about how his rights were deprived.
2:42 – Andrew asks a bystander how to get to the police department.
3:17 – Andrew: “[The police] discriminate against people with disabilities of color.”
3:35 – Andrew: “My name Andrew Ditch if I get hit, you witnessed this!”
Bystanders: “I will.”
Andrew complains about how the police refuse to help him with stalking and harassment.
3:46 – Andrew hangs up on the dispatcher.
