There, I fixed the somersault squat. Ok what I mean is I found a way to emphasize your quads more, increase the range of motion, and make it more athletically demanding. You can of course do this with a band around both knees and do it with both legs... but that's not as fun. A unilateral movement is great for also training balance, stabilizing muscles, improving bilateral strength, and boosting coordination. Start with 2 legs and no band, try a band later, then when you're up for it, you can break out this beaut on 1 leg.
