My New Tire Go-To Setup?

The Maxxis SI was my go-to tire for years before I went down the "fatty" front tire trail. Well, I discovered a little while back that Maxxis started offering the SI in the 90/100-21 size so I thought it was time to revisit this tire. Is it a forgotten gem or should just be forgotten? Also, after years of complaining to IRC and Rich Larson to offer the VE33S in a 120 width, they finally did and I bought it! Is it better than than the 110 version? Follow along as I give you my first impressions of both tires.
