After a call to Crisis Services, the police arrive at Andrew's residence for the second time that night.

Notes:
3:14 – The officer states that Andrew has called into the station 15 times that month. Another officer states he has been to Andrew's residence twice.
3:47 - Andrew: I'm gonna run away and I can't feel cold and I know I can die and you can't do shit about it because you said I don't qualify.
Officer: That would be an intentional act that means that you did that on purpose.
4:04 – Andrew begins to swear profusely at the officers, calling them “bullies” and “pigs.”
4:30 - Officer: I'm not a pig... I'm a DAWG!
