TTS Monologue to an APS Worker (December 2025)

0:50 – Phone call from December 5, 2025 begins.
The title of the original upload indicates that Andrew is speaking to an APS worker. He uses his TTS device to tell an APS worker that he has soiled himself and claims that he has been neglected. He also claims that he has slipped and fallen on the ice outside of his residence.

12:56 – Andrew finally speaks in his own voice, but it goes back to TTS again 13:07 - As Andrew has not had a home care agency for several weeks and has been able to take care of himself, this makes it appear to others as though he does not need home care at all (correct).

Andrew: "No services has led to law enforcement and crisis services questioning whether or not I am eligible for services and their refusal to help me. They have also told me, and I have it on recording, that I fake and purposefully make threats of self-harm such as elopement and get mad for not having help, even when I show law enforcement papers for my waiver and medical evaluations to prove this is not true.
22:00 - Andrew finally speaks in his own voice again.
23:29 - Andrew: "My podiatrist, Dr. Joshua Britain, had evaluated me for my diabetic foot care. And I have a fungal infection because I need help with washing my feet. And I had extremely long to toenails."
24:22 – Andrew claims he cannot go to respite care due to bedbugs. It is unknown if he actually has bedbugs or if he is using that as an excuse to not go to respite care and various other places and / or be removed from his current residence and placed elsewhere.
25:37 – Tom is still Andrew's payee.
