Email Deluge (December 2025)

No audio, just silence as Andrew shows emails he had written recently. This email deluge is likely due to the fact that Andrew did not get the the waiver he wanted (he got CHC - Community HealthChoices, not ODP – Office of Developmental Programs).

This is a possible reason for his December 22-23 tantrum, but there could be others.
