New York Governor Kathy Hochul gave a State of the State address and in it, claimed that she was going to take it to the gun manufacturers by banning handguns that can be converted into "semi-automatic machines" demonstrating she clearly knows what she is talking about when it comes to firearms and should be proposing legislation restricting them.
