Andrew speaks to Ashley at the APS hotline, telling her that he is “being murdered” within the first 2 minutes.

1:19 – Andrew: “I'm being murdered.”
1:55 – Andrew claims that he's been “layin' in snow all night.”
2:20 – Andrew: “I have to sit in a soiled bed with piss and shit in it. I have a bad fungal infection on my feet [...]” I have a very bad diaper rash.”

7:50 – As with earlier calls to APS and his father, Andrew is very careful not to say he is suicidal, as he doesn't want to get 302'd.
9:47- Andrew: “ have diaper rash because nobody wants to help me with wiping and showering. I’m left in a soiled, wet diaper all day long and a poop diaper for months on end. I’m stuck in a very soiled, wet, poopy bed. I have no clean clothes.”
11:25 – Andrew: “You allow child abuse because I'm me I'm mentally a child and I get bullied online and I need help.”
16:57 – Andrew: “Yeah, you are allowing me to get murdered because I don't know how to take care of myself.”
