Info About Energy Healing Sessions

I thought that people might be curious about what happens during an energy healing session so I made this short video to explain a bit about it. Energy healing can benefit any issue since there is an energetic and emotional component to whatever you are going through. I have experience in dealing with a lot of issues and create a safe space for you to relax and heal. Before the session we will chat about what you have going on and how I can best support you. It's best to go into the session with an open heart and mind. You are always free to email me and I'm happy to answer a few questions before you commit to a session. I love reiki and shamanic healing and love sharing these modalities with others. The role of the healer is to connect the client with energy and show what is possible, but all of the healing is done by the client.
