Focus On The Hormones For Fat Loss
The bottom line is dieting/reducing your calories can certainly work to help you lose weight. But what happens long-term with this? Your muscle mass and water decreases significantly, and also some fat yes- and so does your metabolic rate. And if you can keep it up, then you can maintain losing that fat, but also not improving your health necessarily. And that is a big IF you can keep that up long-term. If you focus on the hormones and enzymes and fueling your cells properly then you will see a big shift and be satisfied with your food and results.
