Over 150 years ago, the US Supreme Court inflicted another grievous wound on their vaunted "Constitution" by creating out of proverbial "whole cloth" a so-called federal power over immigration. The word "immigration" does not appear in the US Constitution. It was left to the states to handle. Now, we see a thuggish and murderous ICE, FBI, Trump Nat Guard, and DHS all engaging in anti-constitutional invasions of states, where they kidnap and kill, maim, deport, completely contrary to their Constitution and deeper human ethics.
