I also switch gears into health and wellness—talking about food, digestion, and why when you eat matters just as much as what you eat, especially when it comes to circadian rhythm, sleep, and recovery.

To keep things light, COAD reacts to a hilarious (and oddly relatable) Cabbage Patch Kids video where they sing about being “crazy” while their friends just don’t get it—basically the anthem for anyone who asks too many questions.

COAD wraps things up with a breakdown of JT Follows JC, exploring ancient angels, watchers, and how these archetypes may be hiding in plain sight through modern pop culture and Marvel superheroes.
