ICE Ignoring Somalia Fraud Communities

According to what Nick Shirley witnessed at one of the Minneapolis facility, the vans never moved, yet the companies were still being issued huge amount in checks to transport non-existent patients.

Questions whether medical transport companies and adult care centers may be coordinating services on paper only, raising serious concerns about the potential Medicaid and taxpayer fraud.

Authorities have not yet issued investigations nor ICE agents have gone to crack down on the massive Somali immigrants communities.
