What happens when you’ve done the work — and family shows up with nothing?

This is one of the most realistic scenarios in preparedness, and one most people avoid thinking about. Not strangers. Not looters. Family.

In this video, I walk through how to prepare for loved ones without putting yourself at risk — including planning for reality, stocking for “maybe,” supporting kids and elderly family members, teaching skills instead of creating dependence, setting boundaries, and building small community.

Prepping was never just about us. It was always about our kids, our parents, and the people we care about.
