Department of Homeland Security officials confirm that the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent who fatally shot Renee Nicole Good in Minneapolis suffered internal bleeding to the torso after being struck by her vehicle during the Jan. 7 incident.

The agent — identified as Jonathan Ross — was treated at a hospital and released but later reported to have internal bleeding from the encounter, according to DHS sources. Earlier statements by local officials had described his injuries more lightly, but the federal update confirms a more serious medical impact.
