Chris Murphy and a few crazy democrats have introduced an amendment to the appropriations bill. The aim: a punitive measure that would curtail future purchases of NFA items. Short barrel shotgun, short barrel rifle, suppressors will be under a defacto ban. $4,500 is the current number they like.
