Best Optics On A Budget

We have done a number of videos about "Best of the Best" in optics for pistols and LPVOs, and other topics. Those videos always performed great; which is good considering the number of man hours and rounds of ammo expended during each test. Many of these optics are over $2,000. We get lots of positive feedback. However, every once in a while we get a complaint... maybe we didn't include their favorite optic or (often) we would get requests that we review optics that everyday Americans can afford. You asked and we listened.
So, we set out to find some of the best optics for a much lower price point. Most are made in China, like my IPhone. That doesn't make them bad, just like my IPhone.
I decided to go with an American company. What's more American than Winchester?
