Ingredients:

For the dough:
Flour = 500g
Caster Sugar = 40g
Salt = 10g
Instant yeast = 10g
Milk (body temperature) = 270ml
Butter = 60g

For the filling:
Light brown sugar = 150g
Butter = 90g
Cinnamon = 1 1/2 tablespoons

For the glaze:
Icing sugar = 75g
Milk = a splash

Oven temperature and time:

190 celcius (conventional heat) for 25-30 minutes
