Brunch Pizza on the Deck — 60+ Lake Day Style | Weekend Brunch Hack

Wake up with me on a crisp, bluebird fall morning as I take my Holland grill out to the deck and build a breakfast pizza perfect for brunch before hitting the lake. Using fresh dough, my special white sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, and sunny eggs, I fire it at 375°F for that ideal crisp crust and melty center.
NO kneading dough, layering toppings, grilling to golden perfection, and finally pulling off that first slice. If you love brunch recipes, outdoor cooking, or pizza hacks you will love this outdoor grilled pizza recipe. Way easier and taste better than any store bought pizza or CS breakfast pizza.

Grill Deck Brunch Pizza
Prep + Cook Time: ~12–15 minutes
Serves: 1–2

Ingredients:

Fresh pizza dough or bought dough ready to spread

Special white sauce, alfredo or ranch with spices and parmesan

Mozzarella sprinkle parm on bottom sauce and on top

Pepperoni or sausage or both

2 eggs, scrambled

Spices (salt, pepper, Italian blend)

Butter or olive oil

Optional: herbs, chili flakes, italian, parsley, red pepper

Steps:

Preheat Holland grill to 375°F.

Stretch dough or flatten on thick bread.

Spread white sauce, sprinkle with parm and spices

Layer on egg, then cheese, then meats then a little more cheese

PRO TIP
Spread dough to make crust - may take a few minutes because it will be stretchy
Keep working it till its the right size. Sprinkle corn four/meal on a cutting board or
plate and place dough on top then build pizza. It will slide right off onto your grill.

PRO TIP
Sprinkle small amount of salt or garlic salt on with your corn meal and you the crust will
have amazing extra flavor.

Grill until bottom crisp, cheese melted, top golden. about 10 to 12 minutes depending how hot your grill is. Watch it close the first time so you don't burn it. I know my grill and exactly how long it takes.

Slice, serve hot with morning drink.
