1: Reach the Red Tower in Old Town
2: Find missing battery cell
3: Install the battery cell in the Generator
4: Enable the power on the Generator
5: Boot the antenna terminal near the Red Tower

0:29 - Missing Battery Cell Location
0:48 - Install the Battery in the Generator and Turn ON
1:01 - Boot Antenna Terminal on Red Tower
