Nineveh's Repentance (Repentance In A Nutshell 11)

Repentance In A Nutshell, episode 11: In the previous episode, we looked at the unrepentant cities in Matthew 11, seeing that they did not "repent" because they rejected the gospel irrespective of who preached it onto them (whether it be John the Baptist, Jesus or the disciple). However in chapter 12 of Matthew, Jesus references Nineveh, a city that did repent. And according to Jonah 3, they turned from their wicked ways (i.e. repented of sins), so legalists will use this passage to justify turning from sin for salvation. In this video we take a closer look at Nineveh's repentance in Jonah 3, and how Jesus references it to illustrate the point He makes in Matthew 12.
