I am sincerely happy to be able to share that a federal judge in the Southern District of Ohio ruled in our favor today.

At the beginning of last summer, I was expelled by my former college, Ohio State University, for engaging in protected political speech.

Specifically, my speech critical of Israel and Zionism.

After many hard months, the judge found that my “expulsion likely violated [my] First Amendment and Fourteenth Amendment rights.”

You will hear me speak more freely on this important subject as soon as it’s prudent.
