Step 1 was when its first put on the grill and smoked for roughly 3 hours, til it reaches approximately 160⁰F. THEN, we wrapped it in foil and put it in the oven until it gets up to around 180-200⁰F. Step 3, in the next video, will be the last smoke until roughly 205-210⁰F so we can shred it up!
