Installed windows 11 in a virtual machine (where it belongs) in order to easily watch rogers iptv

Rogers restricts it to windows, so this was the route I had to take. I didn't want to be forced to install it to a disk on my machine and have to reboot every single time to switch between it, so this simplifies shit.
