12 having your conduct honorable among the Gentiles, that when they speak against you as evildoers, they may, by your good works which they observe, glorify God in the day of visitation.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA MY DEAR FRIENDS!!! You know, if there's ever someone that you can relate to in scripture when it comes to the issue of being falsely accused, two people that come to mind. The first is Joseph, and the second is Nehemiah. Joseph, because he was falsely accused by Potiphar's wife of SA, and Nehemiah, being accused by Sanballat and Geshem, of pretty much treason. Of course, we know what happened with Joseph, and that he was falsely imprisoned, but with Nehemiah, he responded by calling both Sanballat and Geshem out as the liars they were, and they were put to shame. Even Joseph was ultimately lifted up out of the prison into the palace, but false accusations and slander can do a whole lot of damage.

I think that's why this question from this morning's devotional challenges me so greatly, because as a Christian it does touch a nerve. As such I'd like to share this question with you today, and I pray that as you read it, you not only think about it, but that it challenges you to want to live out your faith in Christ even more.

Why are believers in Jesus sometimes falsely accused?

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God showed me out of this chapter of Nehemiah, as well as other passages of scripture on this issue, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what I share with you encourages, enables, and emboldens you to continue living with honor and integrity. That even in the face of being slandered and falsely accused, you choose to stand up for what's right always. Come join me in this vlog tonight my friends and see just exactly what I mean! 😊

So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with this final question from this morning’s devotional, and I pray that you not only think about it, but act on it, and do so with honor and integrity.

How can you live out a courageous faith?

I pray tonight that if you are being subjected to or victimized by a false accusation of any kind, that you first and foremost go to the Lord, and seek His wisdom on how to deal with it. Don't respond in anger, or in any negative way, but go to the Lord first, and if you need to, seek wise legal counsel to defend yourself. Make sure that you're not only reading God's word but following what it says. Live your life in honor and integrity. Proverbs 10:9 States, “He who walks with integrity walks securely, but he who perverts his ways will become known.” Make sure that you're walking with honor and integrity and everything that you say and do, and don't give anybody any ammo against you.

UNTIL MONDAY:

HAVE A RESTFUL AND SWEET EVENING IN CHRIST JESUS!!!
