My Journey Towards Self-Compassion

I actually started back in 2015 when I wasn't feeling well and had a lot of chronic illness and just like everybody in this community, we come to the information desperate and we're ready at that point.

I was ready. I cried when I heard Anthony the first time because it was so overwhelming.

I knew it was truth and it was a really big deal.

But life throws a lot of curveballs at you and it turned out that I went through some really, really rough stuff in the course of the nine years.

When I spoke to him the first time he told me I needed some self-compassion and I actually went home and googled it what is self-compassion anyway, and so that started my journey towards self-compassion.

And I'm here and that’s a miracle.
