Why Does The Federal Reserve Exist?

It was a plan to keep us all enslaved for all our lives. There were men who objected to this plan and just happened to be on The Titanic when she sank. So even back then those that think they should rule us will murder anyone who gets in their way and it matters not to them who else dies. We the useless eaters. Can this be reversed? Can we really be free again? This is only a spot on a fingernail as to what those that would rule us has done to We The People.
