When I'm craving ribs and the weather is volatile, I make this recipe. The prep is quick, and the crockpot does all the work. These ribs are saucy and fall off the bone tender with a delightful taste of peach that compliments these ribs. This is my winter go-to rib recipe, and I'm sure it will be yours too.

☆Recipe☆

•36 oz Barbecue Sauce •1 (15oz) can Sliced Peaches, drained •1 medium Onion, chopped •¾ cup Jalapeño Jelly •1 tsp Salt •½ tsp Black Pepper
•6 LBS Ribs, about 2 racks •½ cup Pickled Jalapeño Slices, optional •Thinly Sliced Green Onion, garnish
