Border Czar: ICE Arrests US Citizens When They're Assaulting, Interfering

Tom Homan: "ICE arrests U.S citizens everyday, for trafficking, smuggling, drug distribution and weapons dealing... Are we targeting U.S citizens as part of this immigration enforcement?
