Rethinking Discipleship and Mental Health

When you think of discipleship and mental health, we often think of them as seperate subjects and areas of our journey. We often think "I get discipled within the church and I work on my mental health somewhere else." But what would happen if you realized that your mental, emotional and relationship health journey IS your discipleship? Today I want to help you understand that our discipleship journey involves learning how to relate to our emotions and the life of the heart, in such a way that our relational world is empowered. Discipleship is a relationship thing, learning how to relate to others the way Christ did.
