Most people try to “fix” their nervous system in isolation.

But regulation is rarely individual.
It’s embedded in culture, rhythm, spacing, sound, and pace.

Walking through Tokyo, you can feel how the environment reduces cognitive load instead of adding to it.

This is the lens I use in my work:
not forcing change, but removing unnecessary stress from the system.
