Minnesota Mayor Frey Exposed

Don't be engulfed by the smoke screen of the ongoing ICE raids and the anti ICE protests. Let's keep our eye on the ball. Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey's inner circle has been riddled with explosive ties to one of the biggest fraud heists in American history the $250 million Feeding Our Future scam. Three of Frey's own appointees got nailed: former senior policy aide Abdi Nur Salah (aka Abdi Salah) pleaded guilty to wire fraud. Sharmarke Issa, twice handpicked by Frey to chair the Minneapolis Public Housing Authority, copped to wire fraud and restitution in the millions. Abdikadir Ainanshe Mohamud, tapped for Frey's Community Safety Workgroup, faced indictments in the same rotten scheme. Add in campaign max donations from at least eight indicted players, plus Frey's wife Sarah Clarke lobbying at the firm that shielded Feeding Our Future itself, and you've got a tangled web of proximity, appointments, and unanswered questions screaming conflict and cover. Frey claims ignorance and distances himself. But how long can the distraction go on for this City under siege by its own local and state Government.
